- If relevant, include a screenshot and what you expected to happen.

Updates are expected to continue alongside new iOS releases, and feature improvements may be driven by user requests when they fit the product direction.

Common support topics
Health or heart-rate access
Make sure Apple Health permissions are granted if you expect heart-rate-aware workout features to work.
Bluetooth heart-rate monitor support
Compatible Bluetooth heart-rate devices can be used to push live heart-rate data for phone-only workouts. If Bluetooth HR is not working as expected, include the monitor model and connection status in your support email.
Outdoor workout tracking
Outdoor pacing and distance features depend on location access being available when those sessions are used.
Workout reminders
Reminder features depend on notification permission and the days or times you choose in app settings.
Apple Watch support
If watch behavior is not matching expectations, include both your iPhone model and your Apple Watch model in the support message.
